Yesterday (07/06/07) I returned from this hotel and decided that it was worth writing information that might be useful:
THE MOST IMPORTANT thing is that this hotel is suitable for families with children, couples over 45 years old and pensioners. You can also go there as a couple with a girl, if you are both deceased and want to simply and peacefully relax together, without discos, parties and noise.
I will try to describe the advantages of the hotel:
1. The clearest sea.
2. Many excursions (a few for 50 euros, others for 70 and a few for 100 - but this is on a separate car - an excursion for 4 people). There are excursions to Montenegro, Plitvice lakes, but I didn’t want to go for the whole day, those who were very happy.
3. Animation appropriate for people over 45 and children (no Turkish vulgarity and bingo). A beautiful show with fire, a musical, and something else - I was not at the animation every day, sometimes there were dance evenings, no more than 15-20 people on the dance floor. (the lack of all inclusive affects) :))). In general, the guys are great, they try very hard, it’s just that the audience is heavy - aged and sober...
4. Good attitude to vacationers from Russia from all hotel staff and local residents.
5. Good buffet. (but we bought the fruit ourselves in Cavtat; the fruit on the buffet, in my opinion, is not very good). Lots of meat dishes, vegetables, sweets, desserts, but few fish dishes... I'm not picky about food, so I really liked it.
6. Good guides during excursions. On one of the excursions to the islands, they sang Russian folk songs - it was very fun. (Istria and Phuket islands....it seems)
7. During the day - darts, volleyball, football, many tennis courts, probably something else.
8. Children's pool, animators play with children there (from 3 to 4 in the afternoon or until 5 - I don’t remember, I don’t have children)
9. Children at the dance in the evening - the most satisfied audience - good job animators (they dance with them and love children very much)
10. Cleaning every day, everything is very clean.
11. The staff speaks good English and many speak Russian, including the animators.
Well, now a little negative sides.
1. Sun loungers under the canopy (by the pool) must be occupied at 7 am local time (9 am Moscow time). But of course you can search during the day. At the same time, there are always sunbeds under umbrellas.
2. Sunbeds by the sea are paid - 20 kn. 7 kuna = 1 euro. I don’t know exactly the cost of umbrellas, someone said it was also 20, and someone said it was 10.... I won’t lie. But as a rule, everyone lies by the pool, and whoever wants to goes for a swim in the sea and returns to the pool.
3. TAKE MONEY AND BE READY TO SPEND IT. Because the prices are quite high. A bottle of ordinary wine in the evening in a restaurant - 80 kuna minimum. in the store 45 kn.
The general impression is that it is worth going, there are interesting excursions. The hotel is good. In the evening, of course, you can look into the COOL club, but there are mainly local young people and girls 17-20 years old, and there is no place for dancing... well... you can get drunk, but in general it is of course a very weak place.
There are several restaurants near the hotel - they are nice, there are few visitors in them, so you can sit very nicely with a glass of wine.
I really don’t recommend going there with a purely male or female group at a young age - it will be very boring. If I were married, I would definitely go there again.
If you have any questions, write to me by email, I will try to answer: [email protected]

I liked the hotel VERY MUCH!
1. Location - right on the seashore; A 10-15 minute walk along shady pine alleys (to the left if facing the sea) is the beautiful town of Cavtat with wonderful places for walking. In the neighboring hotel there is a boat to Dubrovnik (if nothing has changed) and this is convenient, because on weekdays there are traffic jams on the route!
2. The beach is small, comfortable, picturesque. Sunbeds (and everything else) are included in the price - you won't find this anywhere in Europe!
3. Food - very, very tasty, there are simply no words))) And ice cream!)) Excellent dry wine. Breakfast starts at 6.00! This only happens in good hotels. You can swim and drink something before the main breakfast.
4. Animation - for children all day! Adults danced in the evenings, probably until 12 o'clock...) That is, not too late. There is a volleyball net in the water, you play and swim at the same time))
5. The rooms are a bit cramped, of course, the shower is tiny, but everything is clean and tidy, and again, we only slept there. They cleaned well.
The summary is simply super, both for children and adults! Everything is at hand, but there is no cramping. You can find fault, of course, if you are used to relaxing in luxury, expensive hotels, but this is a different price category.
